Four things we
do properly.
Most studios stop at the launch screenshot. A site only earns its keep once it is fast, findable and measured — so that work is part of the job, not an upsell.
Website creation
A new site, designed and built from a blank page. Structure, art direction, copy support and a fast, responsive front end you own.
- Brand-led design, not a template you'll outgrow
- Next.js, Shopify or a CMS your team can actually edit
- Mobile-first, accessible, measured against Core Web Vitals
- Copy structure and content model included
Website uplift
You already have a site. We lift it — visual refresh, faster load, clearer journey, better conversion — without starting over.
- Audit first: design, speed, content and search together
- Redesign the pages that carry the business
- Performance and accessibility repairs
- Fix tracking so you can see what changed
SEO & search visibility
The full Google stack, set up properly and wired together, so the site earns traffic instead of waiting for it.
- Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Business Profile
- Technical SEO: crawlability, indexing, sitemaps, redirects
- Schema markup, local SEO and on-page structure
- Plain-English reporting on what moved and why
Digital marketing
Once the foundations hold, we turn on demand — search and social campaigns pointed at pages built to convert.
- Google Ads and Meta campaign build
- Landing pages designed for a single job
- Conversion tracking that ties spend to outcomes
- Email and lifecycle basics
The disciplines a website keeps asking for.
Brand & identity
Logo, palette, type and the rules that hold them together, so every touchpoint looks like it came from the same house.
Content & creative
Words, photography direction and short-form video — the raw material a site and a feed both run on.
AI & automation
AI put to work where it earns its keep: content pipelines, assistants, and the repetitive jobs no one should be doing by hand.
Findable
on purpose.
A beautiful site nobody can find is a very expensive business card. Every build leaves with the search stack configured, connected and handed over in your name — then read back to you in plain English.
Already live elsewhere? We do this as a standalone engagement too: audit, fix, verify, report.
Google Analytics 4
Property, data streams, key events and conversions configured — so the numbers mean something before you start reading them.
Google Search Console
Verified, sitemap submitted, index coverage watched. This is where you see the queries you actually rank for.
Google Business Profile
Categories, services, hours, photos and posts. The single biggest lever for any business people search for locally.
Structured data
Schema.org JSON-LD for the entities that matter — LocalBusiness, Product, FAQ, Breadcrumb — so results render richer.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP and CLS treated as build requirements. Speed is a ranking input and a conversion input at the same time.
AI search readiness
Crawler access, clean content structure and citable passages, so AI Overviews and assistants can quote you correctly.
How attention
actually travels.
Campaigns get sold as magic. They are really just three problems in a row — being seen, being seen in more than one place, and giving people somewhere worth landing. We work on all three, in that order.
- 01 · ImpressionsThe motes
Search results, a Business Profile listing, a reel in someone's feed. Attention drifting past, most of it never landing.
- 02 · ReachThe flock
The same message crossing more places at once — organic search, paid, email, social — so the drift starts moving in one direction.
- 03 · EnquiriesThe whale
What all of it is actually for. A form that works, a page that answers the question, and tracking that shows which channel sent them.
Recently
out of the house.
A Brew. A Vibe. A Kultcha.
Hospitality — bubble tea & Vietnamese coffee
Brand-led site design and build, plus the local search foundations behind it — so the people typing “bubble tea Cairns” land on the menu.

Four stages,
no surprises.
Named after how a house actually gets built, because the order matters. You approve each stage before the next one starts, and nothing goes live until you have driven it yourself.
- 01
Foundations
Goals, audience and constraints. We audit what exists, map the keywords and decide what the site has to achieve before anyone opens a design tool.
- 02
Blueprint
Sitemap, page structure, wireframes and art direction. You sign off on the plan and the look while changes are still cheap.
- 03
Build
Design and development in one pass, reviewed on a live staging link. Performance, accessibility and schema go in as we go, not after.
- 04
Handover & care
Launch, analytics and search tools wired up, a walkthrough so you can drive it, and an optional care plan for ongoing uplift.
A house, not an agency.
House of Ho is a small studio built around craft. One person takes your brief, designs it, builds it and answers the phone afterwards — which is the whole reason the work stays consistent.
The name is deliberate. A house is something you keep adding rooms to: it started with websites, it now covers search, brand, content and AI, and it will keep growing in the direction clients keep pointing.
The through-line is the same either way — make it beautiful, make it fast, make it findable, then hand over the keys.
What you get, in writing
- You own everything
Domain, hosting, repository, analytics, business profile. All in your name, handed over with the keys.
- Fixed scope, fixed price
Quoted per project from a written brief. If scope changes, you see the cost before the work starts.
- One person on the tools
You talk to the person building it. No account layer, no handoffs, no rewriting the brief twice.
- Measured, not asserted
Speed, indexing and conversion tracked before and after. If a change didn't help, we say so.
